All prints I sell are Giclee and printed digitally onto Hahnemuhle German Etching (100% cotton rag, 310 gsm archival paper) using archival inks. Unless mentioned all prints are in open editions, signed by the artist.
Print Packaging: Prints will be sent in a sealed robust postal tube or backed card envelopes (depending on size). Cards will be sent in padded envelopes.
Postage Costs: UK Shipping is £5.00. International shipping is £12
Delivery: Orders will dispatched within 3 working days of purchase. UK orders will be sent out First Class recorded through Royal Mail for prints and First Class for cards. International orders are sent through Royal Mail AirSure - a fast, fully tracked worldwide service.
If your goods are damaged or do not arrive within 14 days of purchase please get in touch via email and I'll try to resolve the problem.
Returns:
I hope you are really happy with your print. If for some reason you are not I offer a returns option within 28 days of purchase. As long as the original item is returned to me in the same condition it was sent, I can provide a full refund or an exchange.
Something special? If you have seen an illustration on my site or insta that you would like and it is unavailable in the shop give me a shout and I will see what I can do.
